Order processing times
All online orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after we receive your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped to you.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We work hard to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, so unfortunately once your order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes to it or cancel it.

We ship Pawfect Health all around Australia.
When going through the checkout, please provide a business or residential address.
International shipping
How much is shipping?
Australia – Standard shipping
- For orders less than $49, standard shipping within Australia is $9.95
- Orders over $49 receive free standard shipping within Australia
Australia – Express shipping
- Express shipping on orders within Australia is $12.95
How soon will my order arrive?
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post, which may arrive in the following timeframes (depending on network capacity):
Australian orders:
- Standard shipping: 2-7 business days
- Express shipping: 1-3 business days.
How can I track my order?
When your online order has shipped, you will receive an email which will include a tracking number you can use to track its progress. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
