Returns Policy

This policy applies to Pawfect Health products purchased online at pawfecthealth.com.au.

Please choose carefully

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, but you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. Under Australian Consumer Law, this includes where the item is faulty, unsafe or damaged.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time (if it is an item that can be repaired). If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase (your receipt for online purchase) and contact us at pawfecthealth05@gmail.com with your name, order number and question.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears faulty, please email us as soon as possible at pawfecthealth05@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • A description
  • If your order is faulty or damaged, please include a photograph.

We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make it right for you.

If you were shipped an incorrect item, we will ship the correct item to you, at no extra cost to you.

How to get in touch?

If your order is not as you expected or you would like to speak to us for any reason, contact us at pawfecthealth.com.au and include the following information where applicable:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • A description
  • If your order is faulty or damaged, please include a photograph.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds for damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
